I am Abijah ! I’m from Nashville, TN & have been supporting women during their scenic life forming journey since I was about 15/16 years old, starting out with family and then moving into my community. I incorporate yoga and breath-work in my practice for several reasons. By being an authentic supporter, I assist moms to have the birth of their choice by educating them, challenging them in their yoga practice, and setting an uplifting atmosphere for mom during labor for an organic flow to her finish line of bringing a new soul earth-side.

I'm Erika Pérez from Murfreesboro, TN. I was called into birth work after my positive and empowering experience of my last birth in 2019. Hello, families, my name is Natasha. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. I became a freelance doula when I was a teen, working with members of my family with their post, and after birth care. The reason I choose to work with Doulas for Everyone is to provide quality care to families that may not be able to afford a doula but may still desire to hire a doula. My purpose for this position is to be able to advocate for those families. They still deserve quality support even though they may not be able to afford it.

I am Cicely! I have over 20 years of combined experience supporting families during and after childbirth. I wear many hats, supporting families as a Newborn Care Specialist, New Parent Educator, and Lactation Counselor. I am an Advocate for fertility and infant loss helping families throughout their family planning journey. I am using my knowledge, experience, and education to support families as a Labor Doula within the 100 Births Project. I am excited to provide full doula support and services to families of different cultural and economic backgrounds.

Janina Wright
My name is JaNina Wright (she/her) from Smyrna, TN. Being that I am the oldest girl of 5 children I have been assisting with births since I was a little girl. From helping my mother with younger siblings to babysitting, cooking for, being emotional support for family members and friends, I have had a heart for assisting families, which I can now label that as birth work. I am proud and happy to work with Doulas for Everyone to provide service and knowledge to birthing persons in my community. Regardless of religion, gender, sexuality, all families who desire birth support deserve to have the birth support that they need.
